In 2004, Montal Professional IT Solutions discovered Plaintree’s WAVEBRIDGE® products and found the “perfect solution” to meet their client needs.

Today, the U.K.-based company has installed WAVEBRIDGE® in at least six mission-critical applications and is thrilled with the service that has been provided.

Plaintree offers Free Space Optics wireless communication products that are easy to install with an established reputation for reliability. Their customers are world-wide and their products have been used in over 3,000 locations around the globe.

Montal, like many of Plaintree’s customers, has used WAVEBRIDGE® for a wide-variety of client needs including hotels, schools, colleges, manufacturers, organizations and even the Housing Association in Birmingham, England.

Alexander cites the 100 per cent eye-safety factor, along with reliability, ease of implementation, beam width, tolerance, high security level and the lack of visibility as all very important advantages of using Plaintree products.

“WAVEBRIDGE® has solved some difficult problems for us – we have even used it in central London between buildings and hotels. We know we are only scratching the surface of the many potential applications of these products,” he says. “We have used them as the live part of important networks and they have proven to be incredibly reliable.”
