November 6, 2013 – Arnprior Fire Trucks Corp. (“AFTC”) is pleased to announce that they have been awarded the contract for the manufacturing of two more purpose built fire apparatus. The Corporation of Norfolk County awarded the tender of a Walk-Around Rescue and a Triple Combination Pumper to AFTC, to be completed and delivered in 2014.

July 24, 2013 – Plaintree Systems Inc. subsidiary, Summit Aerospace USA Inc. , announced today that it is accepting financing from the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (”PIDA”).

June 25, 2013 – Plaintree Systems Inc. (CNSX: NPT), today announced that it’s Specialty Structures Division, Triodetic has signed a contract in 2012 for over CND $3 Million dollar order for the engineering and manufacture of another mining storage dome.

September 26, 2012 – Arnprior Fire Trucks Corp. (“AFTC”) is pleased to announce that they have been awarded the contract to design and manufacture an Emergency Response Unit for the Town of Arnprior. The truck will be manufactured in their own back yard, at the Company’s 135,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art plant in Arnprior, Ontario.

September 5, 2012 – Arnprior Fire Trucks Corp. (“AFTC”) is pleased to announce that they have been awarded contracts to design and manufacture Custom Pumpers for the City of Kingston. The City awarded the RFP to the Arnprior firm in July; first expected delivery is early 2013. Manufacturing of the trucks will be at the Company’s state-of-the art plant in Arnprior, Ontario.

July 27, 2012 – Plaintree announced today that it has released its audited financial statements and related management discussion and analysis for the year ended March 31, 2012.

June 13, 2012 – Plaintree today announced that its most recent corporate acquisition, Summit Aerospace USA Inc., purchased a state of the art Deckel Maho DMU 80 P duoBlock Universal Milling Machine, for just under $1Million that will allow them to expand their current roster of jet engine parts.

April 4, 2012 – Arnprior Fire Trucks Corp. (“AFTC”) is pleased to announce that they have been awarded the contract for the design and manufacture of another tandem tanker apparatus. North Grenville Fire Services awarded the tender to AFTC to be completed and delivered in late summer 2012. Manufacturing of the truck will be at the company’s state-of-the art plant in Arnprior, Ontario.

February 22, 2012 – Plaintree Systems Inc today announced that its Specialty Structures Division, Triodetic, has received a CND $3.3 Million dollar order for the engineering and manufacture of another mining storage dome.

February 7, 2012 – Plaintree Systems Inc today announced the completion of its acquisition of the business and assets of Summit Tool Corporation of Pocono Summit, Pennsylvania.

April 27th , 2011 - Today, the wireless division ( www.freespaceoptics.ca ) of Plaintree Systems Inc. announced that it has delivered one of its largest orders for Free Space Optics to one of their VAR partners in Bolivia, South America.

April 20th , 2011 - Today the Triodetic division (www.triodetic.com ) of Plaintree Systems Inc. (“Triodetic”) announced that it is completing a beautiful and unique Church in Iqaluit, Nunavut.

April 13th, 2011 - Today the Triodetic division (www.triodetic.com ) of Plaintree Systems Inc. (“Triodetic”) announced that it has completed another dome, this time a 94 metre stock pile cover in Chile for a major mining company.

April 6th, 2011 - Arnprior Fire Trucks Corp. (“AFTC”) is pleased to announce that they have been awarded their first contract by the Township of South Frontenac. AFTC’s first fire apparatus is set to roll off the assembly line in May 2011. Manufacturing of the pumper/tanker will be at the company’s new state-of-theart plant in Arnprior, Ontario.
